Program Evaluation Every program is unique and requires evaluation techniques
suited to its particular context. CFA works closely with program staff to plan
the appropriate blend of indicators and methods. For example, a combination
of a Web survey and in-depth interviews or focus groups may best suit a particular
need. Another case may be best suited to online focus groups. Regardless of
the methods used, final reports are written with readability and immediate usefulness
as top priorities. |
